For the love of Roses

Guest blogger Stephanie from Expert Home Tips is here to tell us about her love-affair with roses.

rose

There’s just something about the rose. Elegant, feminine and with a whole list of benefits for mind, body and soul, this really is nature at its best!

All roses have properties that benefit the body, but there’s none quite as special as the Damask Rose. It’s the oldest species of rose known to date, with its use dating as far back as Grecian and Roman times, when it was used to perfume baths.

It’s the Damask Rose that can be found in the Organic Surge Radiance Recovery Night Cream. Its addition, in the form of essential oils, has many beneficial properties for skin that make this a stand-out product.

Besides smelling great, here’s what the addition of Damask Rose Oil can do for your beauty regime:

  1.  Helps acne-prone skin

When pores become blocked with excess sebum, bacteria builds up, and this combination causes acne. For people that suffer from spots regularly, keeping bacteria at bay is essential.

The damask rose has antibacterial properties that make it an ideal treatment for acne-prone skin. It’s capable of completely destroying Propionibacterium acnes - the bacteria that leads to acne.

Organic Surge Radiance Recovery Night Cream could just be what your troublesome skin’s been in need of.

  1. Promotes younger-looking skin

There’s no need to invest in Botox if you choose a skin product containing Damask Rose. High in antioxidants, rose protects skin from sun damage that causes ageing, including wrinkles and sagging.

Additionally, antioxidants work to soothe and calm stressed skin, helping it to regain that youthful firmness we all chase after.

  1. Calms redness & soothes sensitive skin

For those with sensitive skin, redness can be a real problem. Many people presume oil would aggravate such skin - Rose oil, however, does the opposite. As it’s 100% natural and has anti-inflammatory properties, it actually works to soothe and calm skin.

This reduces redness and signs of irritation to leave the skin looking and feeling balanced.

  1. Intensely moisturises dry skin

Choosing a product that is moisturising enough for dry and damaged skin, but light enough to prevent breakouts can be difficult. This is where the Damask rose in the Organic Surge Radiance Recovery Night Cream comes in.

Rose oil makes skin more permeable, meaning the product is really able to sink deep into the skin and work its magic. As it’s also 100% natural and extremely light, it won’t clog the pores – Rose is an extremely versatile ingredient suitable for most skin types.

  1. Tones and tightens skin

One of the reason rose water features so much is toner, is due to its astringent qualities. It has a tightening effect on capillaries, which helps to reduce the appearance of pores as well as brightening the complexion.

The addition of Damask rose to a night cream is extremely clever, as it will lead to a supple and taught complexion in the morning. What better way to start the day!

If you love the scent of Rose as much as I do, (a lot and a lot) there’s another flower I’d also recommend exploring - the Rose Geranium.

Despite its name, the Rose Geranium isn’t actually a rose at all, however you’d be forgiven for thinking it was. One sniff is enough to fool you – it has the same, feminine floral scent, with some citrus added in for good measure.

If you fancy seeing just what this wonderful flower can do, you can try it in the Organic Surge Daily Care Refreshing Face Wash.

Incorporate Rose Geranium into your beauty regime today to benefit from:

  1. Mood-boosting effects

The Organic Surge Daily Care Refreshing Face Was has a truly stunning scent. In fact, the aroma of Rose Geranium alone can produce a mood-boosting effect, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.

These are the kind of feelings you want products to promote during your beauty regime. Whether you have two minute or two hours, take a few minutes to be at one with yourself and feel utter relaxation with Rose Geranium.

  1. Stabilises both oily & dry skin types

The reason we experience dry or oily skin is due to and imbalance in the secretion of sebum – the oil that lubricates the skin’s surface.

One of Rose Geraniums most valued properties is perhaps its power to rebalance this mechanism when the skin is struggling to do so itself. Balanced sebum secretion means clear pores, and clear skin as a result.

  1. Clears and soothes acne-prone skin

Similarly to the Damask Rose, Rose Geranium also has anti-bacterial properties. This makes it an ideal ingredient in a face wash, ensuring skin is completely cleansed, and all traces of bad bacteria removed.

Washing the skin with a product like Organic Surge Daily Care Refreshing Face Wash gives acne-prone skin the best chance possible to keep pores, and skin, clear.

Celebrate Summer with Bo's Vanilla Smoothie bowls

Summer is here! The air here in the Scottish Highlands is getting warmer by the day as the days get longer.

To celebrate the start of this beautiful season we've collaborated with plant-based food-blogger and friend of the brand Bo from Bo's Kitchen for this scrumptious summer recipe.

Recipe for two bowls of Vanilla Smoothie

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup soaked cashews
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • A handful of raspberries and blackberries

Add all ingredients apart from the berries to your food processor and blend until creamy and smooth. Split the mix in half and process a few raspberries into one half for the baby pink, and blackberries for the purple. Layer two smoothies in to bowls and top with buckinis, banana and edible flowers.

10 Things To Do When You Suffer from Sensitive Skin

These days it’s not uncommon to have sensitive skin, mainly because of the environment we live in, the food we consume, the products we use and the normal stresses of everyday life. Not to mention the genes we’ve been ‘blessed’ with. Usually, it’s a combination of some or all of these factors that can cause our skin to break out from even the mildest imbalance. This can be so disheartening for anyone that has experienced sensitive skin issues such as, eczema, rosacea or psoriasis, or just general sensitive or dry skin.

The good news is that because it IS so common, a lot of skin problems CAN be brought under control with a variety of lifestyle changes, and here are some top tips to help you alleviate those problematic skin complaints.

  1. The ‘wrong’ skincare products: Strong perfumes, artificial colours, preservatives and petrochemicals can all irritate the skin. Organic Surge products are NOT tested on animals and are 100% free of harsh chemicals – no parabens, sodium lauryl sulphate, no artificial fragrances or colourants and no genetically modified ingredients. In addition to this, and following some wonderful feedback from customers, we have put our Lavender Meadow products through clinical testing which has proven them to be suitable for use on eczema prone skin.
  2. Stay Hydrated: staying hydrated in crucial to our health. Not only that, but it flushes out any toxins in your body, and the benefits of drinking plenty of water will soon reflect in the way your skin looks. Drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day to ensure that your body and your skin are supplied with enough water to function optimally and flush out toxins from your system.
  3. Baths not showers: While showers may be quick and convenient, or relax you after a long day, a hot shower will also open up your pores and cause delicate skin to flush. The result of this makes sensitive skin even more sensitive and reactive. Showers can also strip the skin of its protective oils. Try to have a bath instead, or if that’s not an option, try turning down the temperature and end your shower with a burst of cool water.
  4. Using a water softener: If you live in the UK, particularly in Southern England, you will be well aware of the white, flaky deposits of lime scale in your kettle and on your shower screen. This usually means that you live in area of hard water. Hard water contains a higher than normal amount of lime scale, or calcium carbonate (CaCO3). Lime scale is known to interfere with the skin's protective barrier, causing irritation to dry skin. If you notice that your skin reacts to it, you can reduce lime scale by using a water softener. You can find out more here.
  5. Avoid or reduce Spicy food: Now we don’t want to be the fun police, because, let’s face it, who doesn’t like a nice spicy curry. However, as with most treats, if you do suffer from any form of sensitive skin then just try to reduce your intake of a spicy curry, as spicy food can often trigger or exacerbate it, particularly chilli, horseradish or MSG foods.
  6. Steer clear of processed foods: What we eat has a huge impact on our well-being, including your skin. Avoid eating heavily processed foods, which often contain additives. Eating a more plant-based, organic diet, rich in fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts and beans, will provide your body with beneficial vitamins, minerals and nutrients, which will improve your health and well being and revitalise your skin.
  7. Cut out cigarettes and alcohol: It sounds like a no-brainer, yet we still do it. Alcohol consumption causes dehydration, skin spots and permanent changes in the quality and elasticity of your skin. Try giving up smoking and consuming alcohol in moderation. By setting yourself realistic goals you’re more likely to stick to them.
  8. Carefully manage your sun exposure: getting the balance of sun exposure is incredibly important – too much can aggravate sensitive skin, not to mention accelerate the effects of ageing and increase your risk of developing skin cancer. Too little sun is detrimental to sufferers of eczema and psoriasis. Vitamin D is crucial for the balance of the immune system and healthy bones, and also our skin.
  9. Staying calm: Stress and anxiety are known triggers for a number of mental and physical ailments but did you know that they can also affect the skin? Try a simple meditation for 5 minutes a day, just by sitting still with your eyes closed and focus on your breathing. If meditation doesn’t float your boat, then relax in a way that suits you – exercise, long bath or listening to your favourite tunes.
  10. Catch some Zzzzs! Sensitive skin can be a symptom of lack of sleep. Sleep deprivation affects the skin’s natural barrier function which can lead to dryness, irritation and increased skin sensitivity. The epidermis is less likely to be able to protect itself from chemicals and pollutants in the environment, so having an early night is more important than you think!.

Living with sensitive skin can be so disheartening. Organic Surge’s founder  Alan MacKenzie started Organic Surge because of his own issues with sensitive skin, and wanted to create an affordable organic skincare range. With a combination of the right lifestyle choices and the right products for you, your skin can regain its healthiness.

As always, please let us know how you get on!

Chocolate Rosemary Swirls

It was the sumptuous styling of the spectacular vegan dishes on About That Food that first caught our eye. The recipes and their presentation are the work of Melina, a former fashion stylist turned food stylist, photographer and blogger, based in Vienna, Austria.

Melina first gave up eating meat in 2011 for health and ethical reasons but soon decided to take a further step and become vegan. Melina credits the decision with completely transforming her relationship with food. She is passionate about the idea that being vegan shouldn’t be about restriction; she believes it should be a journey into understanding what goes into your body and its relationship with the world around you. For Melina, being a vegan goes beyond your plate to the beauty products you use, the clothes you buy and the waste you create. Melina believes that an aware and conscious way of living is the secret to a happy and fulfilled life.

This Easter we wanted to share Melina’s delicious Chocolate Rosemary Swirl recipe with you. Melina has used nutritious coconut oil to complement rich dark chocolate and aromatic rosemary. The main challenge is not to eat the whole batch straight from the oven!

Makes 9 buns

Ingredients:

  • 400g wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100g coconut oil (+ some more for oiling)
  • 100ml soya milk (at room temperature)
  • 1 packet dry yeast + 1/4 cup warm water
  • 15 medjool dates
  • 100g dark vegan chocolate
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

For the icing:

  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup

Method:

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the dry yeast with 1/4 cup warm water until the yeast is dissolved.
  2. Mix the flour and salt together in a large bowl.
  3. Melt the coconut oil in a small pan. Once it’s completely melted, stir in the soya milk and whisk together until uniform.
  4. Stir the coconut oil/soya milk mix and the yeast into the bowl with the flour and mix together.
  5. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth.
  6. Oil a clean bowl with some coconut oil, add the dough and put it in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise.
  7. While the dough is proving, put the pitted dates in a saucepan with about 1/4 cup water, bring to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes on a low heat until the dates have disintegrated to form a thick cream.
  8. Chop up the chocolate and melt it into the date cream.
  9. Once the dough has doubled in size, punch it down, knead a little and then roll it out into a rectangle about 0.5 cm thick.
  10. Now spread the chocolate cream evenly on the dough. Finely chop and sprinkle the rosemary onto of the chocolate cream and then roll it up lengthwise and chop into 9 even pieces.
  11. Oil an ovenproof dish with coconut oil, place the rolls inside and let them prove again for about 30 minutes.
  12. Preheat the oven to 175C and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  13. To make the icing, simply whisk together the maple syrup and almond butter and dribble over the buns when you have taken them out of the oven.
  14. Serve while still warm!

Why choose Organic?

We’re clearly passionate about organic. Our founder Alan MacKenzie set up Organic Surge after suffering from eczema and skin sensitivity. He was frustrated that he couldn’t find good-quality, genuinely organic skincare at an affordable price.

organic

We’re a small team, based in the Scottish Highlands. We’re proud to be fully independent and striving always to make the best products we possibly can – products that are good for your skin as well as for the environment – is the heart and soul of what we do.

We wanted to find out more about why you choose organic skincare and beauty products, and the differences you see after switching to organic. We were blown away by the response. We had an incredible 214 replies to our Facebook question and we want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed. So rather than hearing it from us, here are the top ten reasons why you choose Organic Surge skincare, bodycare and haircare.

  1. ‘Organic Surge beauty products don’t irritate sensitive and eczema-prone skin’ came up time and time again in your replies. We understand the challenges of sensitive skin. SLS, parabens and synthetic fragrances are the most common irritants in skin and bodycare products so it's safe to switch to Organic Surge, which is 100% free of these harsh ingredients. Plus, all Organic Surge facial skincare products have been clinically and dermatologically tested and are suitable for sensitive skin. Find out more about how we test our products to ensure they are safe for sensitive skin here.
  2. You share our passion for choosing organic because it’s better for the environment. We work with Ecocert’s global standards and ensure we use ingredients derived from renewable resources that are manufactured by environmentally friendly processes. We also work with Ecocert on ensuring our packaging is always reusable or recyclable. You can find out more about Ecocert’s standards here.
  3. You choose Organic Surge because we don’t use any of the chemicals you want to avoid, including GMO, parabens, phenoxyethanol, silicon, PEG, synthetic perfumes and dyes, and animal-derived ingredients (unless naturally produced such as beeswax).
  4. We were delighted that you said you choose our products because you like our honest approach. This is so important to us. We are a small team and don’t have a marketing department or even an employee dedicated to marketing. We put developing great performing products first and always try to be transparent and honest in everything we do.
  5. You like the way our organic products feel to use. A word that came up time and time again was ‘better’. We don’t use any synthetic fragrances in our products, only pure essential oils. Essential oils have been used for thousands of years for their skincare benefits and mood-enhancing properties. They also give our products their vibrant, uplifting fragrances.
  6. You try to eat organic, so why wouldn’t you choose organic for your skin, body and haircare too?
  7. Thank you so much Katy Beardmore for feeding back on the quality of our customer services. Coreen and Jenny, who look after our customer services, are based in our office in the Highlands. They are on hand by phone on +44(0) 1955 606 061 or email, at info@organicsurge.com , to help with any questions or advice, so please do get in touch.
  8. You buy our products because they are cruelty-free.
  9. Do you do your grocery shopping on Ocado? Several people told us that they loved being able to easily pick up their favourite Organic Surge products with their weekly shop. Caroline A Emerson is a busy mum who told us that choosing Organic Surge gave her peace of mind for her skin and family.
  10. You also told us that you choose our products because they last and offer great value for money. The quality of the products was mentioned in many of your replies – which we are delighted about. We love reading your product reviews – Alan personally reads every single one. We include them on our website so you can read first-hand, unbiased reviews and feedback on every product.

We’re dreaming of a green Christmas!

So all of us at Organic Surge want to thank our Facebook followers so much for contributing your suggestions for making our Christmas greener. There were so many brilliant tips that we thought we’d collate them into one easy-to-share list. Reading your feedback and comments really does make it all feel worthwhile for our team. Our founder Alan MacKenzie personally reads every single customer review and loves to hear from you.

Alan set up Organic Surge in 2006 after suffering from eczema and skin sensitivity. He was frustrated that he couldn’t find good-quality, genuinely organic skincare at an affordable price.

Over the past decade we have remained a small team and we are proud still to be based in Scotland and to have retained our independence. Making the best products we possibly can – products that are good for your skin as well as for the environment – is the heart and soul of what we do.

So here are our and your ideas for 11 quick and easy ways to make this Christmas an eco one.

1. Save ribbons and string from clothing labels to use to make home-made gift tags.

2. Upcycle old Christmas cards into new cards or gift tags rather than throwing them away.

3. Wrap presents in old newspaper or magazines. The gift guides in the Sunday supplements look fun and festive or newsprint with twine and a sprig of foliage such as rosemary from the garden looks elegant and sophisticated.

4. Use botanical decorations from your garden or foraged from the hedgerow rather than store-bought plastic. Look for pine cones, holly, ivy, mistletoe and fir branches. Herbs such as eucalyptus and rosemary also work a treat. We love this guide from the Seeds & Stitches blog about how to make a free and chic herbal Christmas wreath.

5. Choose a living tree than you can plant in your garden and re-use each year. The RHS have some simple guidelines for caring for your tree here https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?PID=374

6. Freeze leftover food to eat at a later date. Here are 24 healthy recipes from BBC’s Good Food to inspire you to get creative with your Christmas leftovers!

6. Defrost your freezer in the run-up to Christmas. Not only will it work more efficiently but it also means you have space to freeze leftovers.

8. Switch the oven off 10 minutes before your food is ready to make the most of the residual heat (it will still keep its temperature).

9. Put a lid on your pan to keep the heat in so you use less gas or electricity to maintain the right temperature – and always choose the right-size burner or ring for your pan.

10. When shopping for Christmas food buy local and seasonal produce and choose organic if you can. You can search for your nearest organic Christmas market on the Soil Association's website https://www.soilassociation.org/organic-living/buy-organic/the-christmas-collective/find-try-and-buy/the-organic-christmas-market/

11. Discover our eco bundles. Buy a pack of six of any of our products and we give you one of the six free as an eco reward. Buying in bulk helps reduce the carbon footprint and the amount of packaging needed. Share your bundle with friends, family and guests as gifts. Find out more here http://www.organicsurge.com/pages/eco-bundles

December is here! The last of the leaves have fallen from the trees and with luck we will be getting crisp frosty mornings and deep blue skies. The air here in the Scottish Highlands is breathtakingly cold but we are excited as the magic and sparkle of Christmas is just around the corner...

We've tested Bo's Creamy Rose & Beet Smoothie Bowls and confirm they are delicious (and so easy to make). The perfect healthy breakfast antidote to the excess of the season!

Sleeping Beauty

By Organic Surge

We’ve been doing some research into sleep tips – how to get more sleep, as well as how to make it work better for you. Sleep is nature’s way of resetting and restoring our system: we can’t live without it. And the good news is that you can help the process along with natural organically-certified body care products that boost your body’s responses.

Organic Surge Overnight Sensation cream rests between a sleep mask and three lavender cuttings.

Replenish and renew

During sleep your cells rebuild and repair themselves and your skin renews itself – so good-quality sleep is essential to keep you and your skin fresh and healthy. This night-time magic also enhances your skin’s responsiveness to nutrients, which is why enriching organic night creams are work so well. Organic Surge Overnight Sensation Night Cream is a soothing organic moisturiser that uses cocoa and shea butters to nourish and rehydrate your skin and boost the natural benefits of beauty sleep. Relax, drift off – and wake to a brighter, more radiant you.

Organic Surge Gently Cleansing Shower Gel sits on the edge of a bath in a white, brightly lit bathroom wrapped in a towel

Essential aromas

Lavender has long been a top sleep tip to promote a good night’s rest – traditionally lavender flowers were tucked into pillows and apothecaries prescribed lavender oil to ease ‘griefs and pains of the head and brain’. More recently, research has indicated that the smell of lavender lowers the activity of the nervous system, easing anxiety and leaving you feeling more relaxed. Our organic skincare range uses lavender not only in the Overnight Sensation Night Cream but also in our Lavender Meadow Hand & Nail Cream. Apply both before bedtime to soothe your senses with a delicate and calming aroma. It makes sleep as easy as breathing.

Lavender Meadow Gently Cleansing Shower Gel rests in a shower, still wet

Soak or shower

Your temperature naturally drops during sleep – so stimulating the process makes you drowsy as well as boosting your chances of night-long rest. Sleeping in a cool room helps. But another top sleep tip is a hot bath or shower – this warms you up so your body experiences a sleep-inducing drop in temperature when you climb out. Organic Surge Lavender Meadow Hand and Body Wash, Hand and Body Lotion and Hand and Nail Cream all maximise the warming experience of a soak or shower by adding the soothing smell of lavender. Relax, enjoy and set your body clock for sleep. Naturally.

Sweeter dreams

You may be getting enough sleep, but are you maximising its benefits? Here are three top sleep tips to make sure the effects of a good night’s rest are visible on your skin.

• Sleep on your back: lying on your stomach can constrict the blood vessels in the face, causing dark circles.

• Plump up your pillows: keeping your head raised can help prevent the fluid accumulation that cause puffy eyes.

• Threads of kindness: use a pillowcase with a high thread count that feels soft against your cheek and avoid fabrics or dyes that might irritate sensitive skin.

Spring is in the Air

By Organic Surge

Spring seems to have arrived – and we’ve been sharing things we notice. Leaves coming into bud, birds gathering twigs for nests, the feel of the sun on our faces, the colour of the sky… We find that just being aware of everyday pleasures really enhances our quality of life. You could say it’s a form of mindfulness – a centuries-old meditation technique that focuses the mind in the present to help relieve stress and anxiety. You can begin small by simply becoming more aware of the world around you and of your own thoughts and feelings. Birds, bees, blossom, bulbs – welcome the joys of spring!

Spring Cleaning

We’ve all heard of spring cleaning, but it’s not just your home that can benefit. Winter can leave your skin looking tired and dull, but our top-quality, natural cleanser – the Organic Surge Brightening Hot Cloth Cleanser – will make you feel radiant and renewed. This must-have product is enriched with shea butter to moisturise as well as damask rose and orange peel oils to calm, hydrate and rejuvenate. And it’s organically certified as using 99% natural ingredients. ‘I am soooo pleased with my skin's new bright skintone, smooth appearance and firmness, giving me (I am told) a noticeably younger look!’ says customer Cath H. Just massage the cleanser into your face and neck then wipe away with a facecloth rinsed in hand-hot water. You really will notice that spring is all around you. Lighten up

Spring is a time for wearing lighter clothes and eating lighter food. Suddenly here at Organic Surge we’re all sharing recipes for salads and looking out for British asparagus and berries. So why not lighten up your beauty routine too by switching to a facial oil? Organic Surge Replenishing Facial Oil Enriched With Argan Oil instantly hydrates your skin yet leaves no heavy traces. It’s an ingenious blend of three oils: argan, safflower and yarrow. Safflower oil comes from a thistle-like plant with a history that stretches back to the Egyptians. Yarrow – which you often see in butterfly gardens – is a traditional medicine known for its astringent effects. Our Replenishing Facial Oil is 100% natural, with over half its ingredients from organic farming. What better way to celebrate the spring? International Mother Earth Day

April 22 is the day designated by the UN for thinking about safeguarding the planet for future generations and living in harmony with nature. At Organic Surge we always do our best: we use organically certified natural ingredients not only to be kinder to our skin and bodies but to save the environment from pollution by unnecessary chemicals. ‘So thrilled to throw away all my chemical-filled facial products,’ says new customer Samantha S. We also donate funds to charity projects including the Kenyan Children’s Home in Nairobi and Mercy Ships, a floating hospital that brings healthcare to some of the world's poorest people. Living organically can help us all to live life better.

And it needn’t cost the earth.

New Years Means New Skin Routine

By Katherine Oakes

That post-holiday look and feel can, for many, be less than glamorous: dry and muddled skin tone, a lackluster complexion, and dark undereye circles tend to reflect our lack of self-care throughout the most wonderful time of year, making this part well, simply not the most wonderful time of the year. It is easy to think of your new beauty regime as “getting back on track” but sometimes that’s not the case – sometimes, it’s discovering a more healthy and holistic way of caring for your skin that can transform the way you think and act when it comes to beauty. So whether you are a seasoned skincare savant who has fallen off the wagon (and hey, we don’t blame you) or someone totally new to the process, the good news is that it is truly simple and starts right in your own home with the Organic Surge skincare line. And hey, it’s just one more excuse to turn your bathroom into your own personal spa sanctuary  something that we at Modernize get behind one hundred per cent.

Beauty as a Lifestyle

Your skin is the biggest organ in your body, as well as its own intricate ecosystem with a delicate balance that can be easily disrupted. However, this transparency is a dead giveaway  and it’s also your biggest tool for getting back on track toward whole body wellness. Supple, moisturized, radiant skin reflects your overall well-being so you can be sure that when things go awry the solution isn’t just in a tube. Organic Surge’s line of Extra Care skin products are free of harsh chemicals, toxins, parabens, and sulfates  the ingredients that are found in many commercial skin care products but are extremely harmful to your health and thus the health of your skin. Instead, Organic Surge nourishes and enriches your skin with 100% certified natural and organic products that beautify you from the inside out. With recyclable packaging and Organic Surge’s dedication and investment to helping alleviate impoverished children suffering in a Kenyan orphanage, it’s the kind of product that makes it easy for you to live a conscious and mindful lifestyle  the kind that not only makes you feel happy on the inside but radiates outward, too.
