Summer is here! The air here in the Scottish Highlands is getting warmer by the day as the days get longer.
To celebrate the start of this beautiful season we've collaborated with plant-based food-blogger and friend of the brand Bo from Bo's Kitchen for this scrumptious summer recipe.
Recipe for two bowls of Vanilla Smoothie
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup soaked cashews
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- A handful of raspberries and blackberries
Add all ingredients apart from the berries to your food processor and blend until creamy and smooth. Split the mix in half and process a few raspberries into one half for the baby pink, and blackberries for the purple. Layer two smoothies in to bowls and top with buckinis, banana and edible flowers.
