UK Deliveries
Standard delivery within the UK is £3.95 unless there are any current site offers offering free postage and packing on orders over a certain amount. If in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with the delivery charges then you have the right to cancel your order. No cost will be incurred by yourself should you decide to cancel your order. If you would like your order on an Express service please contact a member of the Organic Surge Team who will be happy to give you a cost.
Worldwide Deliveries
Shipping costs are calculated after you process your order based on the approximate weight of the package. It is not possible to calculate the cost of delivery, until we actually know what items have been ordered to obtain the weight of the package, therefore a member of the Organic Surge team will contact you once you've placed your order (typically within 24 hours) with an accurate price for the cost of delivery. If in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with the delivery charges then you have the right to cancel your order. No cost will be incurred by yourself should you decide to cancel your order.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
UK Deliveries
Items delivered by the Express service are usually delivered next working day, if the order was placed before 1000GMT (mon-thur), but please allow up to 72 hours for delivery if you live in more desolate areas of the country.
We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days of order confirmation for smaller items delivered using our Standard Delivery, although we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before contacting customer services on 01955 606 061.
Worldwide Deliveries
Organic Surge offers either airmail (if using the Express service) or surface mail postage (if using Standard Delivery) for items that are required to be delivered outside the United Kingdom.
We're sorry but we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.
Returns
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We are very confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item for a full refund or exchange, then simply return it to us within 30 days. Goods must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you. If the item has been bought as a gift, you are responsible for the costs of any other services provided in connection with your purchase, e.g. Gift Wrapping, Delivery, etc. and these costs cannot be refunded under the Money Back Guarantee Scheme.
Faulty Goods
All Organic Surge products go through a rigorous quality checking process as part of the service we offer to you. Therefore it's very unlikely you will receive faulty goods from us, but in the unlikely event that this may happen then you will be reassured to know that we will be happy to refund or exchange the product as you see fit, once the fault has been verified.
Signatures are recommended when Returning Goods
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please ensure you obtain proof of postage. In the unlikely event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from your delivery company - so we recommend sending the package using a Recorded or Special Delivery service if in the UK, or another suitable 'signed for' service if you're located outside the UK.
Refunds
Once your item has been returned and we find everything is as expected (either faulty or in perfect condition) then you will be credited with the full purchase price of the item. If you paid by payment or debit card then your card will be refunded, otherwise you will be sent payment by a UK company cheque in GBP.
