1. What does ‘glamorously organic’ mean to you and why would you recommend a more 'glamorously organic' lifestyle to others?
I think it's important to enjoy looking after yourself with nice products and to enjoy being pampered, however, I'd recommend it in an organic way because it's better for you, the environment and almost justifies that need to spoil yourself a little bit more!
2. Have you noticed a difference in your hair / skin since becoming more ‘glamorously organic’?
I've noticed my skin and hair is softer and that makes me feel more glamorous! Also the products smell great and that always helps!!
3. What’s your favourite Organic Surge product and why?
My favourite product is the Gentle Cleansing Lotion - gentle enough to use on a daily basis and great to remove makeup and other impurities.
4. What are your other favourite organic products / foods?
With more and more organic products on the market, it's easy to incorporate them into everyday life. I try to opt for organic fruit and veg where possible.
5. What are your top 5 beauty tips?
Cleanse tone and moisturise every morning and night-no matter how dull it may seem, your face is on show every day and you might as well look after it!
Indulge in good skincare products - you might invest in anice pair of shoes, so why not do the same with your beauty products?!
I have a home facial once or twice a week - I get little time to go to beauty salons for one so do it myself!! Makes my skin feel radiant.
Exercise as much as you can - it gets the blood pumping and boosts circulation making you look - and feel - more alive! It also adds colour to the cheeks which makes you look healthier!
Eat fruit and veg and enjoy putting a bit of health into your system!! Your body needs vitamins and goodness which is easily found in these delicious foods!
